Payment Options:

We strongly encourage spectators to register for their free tickets or purchase their hospitality tickets online.

Cash and credit card options will be accepted at concessions areas. There will be NO ATM on-site for the 2025 event.

Parking:

Complimentary parking for the Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS is located at Landmark, 2401 Prairie Crossing Drive, Springfield, IL, 62711. 

Ride in style to the tournament in air-conditioned coach busses made possible by our friends at Landmark. Staff will be on-site to assist you with parking your car and getting you on the next available shuttle to the tournament!

Shuttle Hours:

There will be continuous shuttle service to and from Panther Creek Country Club, shuttles will begin at the times listed below, with the final shuttle to Landmark one hour after play.

Thursday June 26 - 6:00 AM 

Friday June 27 - 6:00 AM 

Saturday June 28 - 6:00 AM 

Sunday June 29 - 6:00 AM 

*The final shuttle to Landmark Ford is one hour after play Thursday - Sunday

Gates:

Admission Gates open at 6:00 AM Thursday - Sunday, approximately one hour before tee times begin

Wheelchair Accessibility: 

We do not have wheelchairs on site for the public to use. The grounds and tents are wheelchair accessible.

Camera Policy:

Photography is restricted to accredited press members with proper media credentials during the tournament rounds Thursday - Sunday. Please visit the Mobile Device Heading for questions regarding smartphone usage and photography.

Concessions: 

No outside food or beverage will be allowed on the tournament grounds. Spectators will have the opportunity to visit one of our concession stands located around the course. Cash or card will be accepted.

Beverages Policy:

No alcoholic beverages may be served or sold or permitted to be served or sold to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) years.

Pro Shop:

The Pro Shop at Panther Creek Country Club will be closed to the public.

Mobile Device Policy:

Mobile devices ARE allowed on-site at the Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS!

Below is a summary of our Mobile Device Policy. We ask all spectators to abide by this policy to protect play and ensure the best experience possible.

  1. Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
  2. Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
  3. Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
  4. No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
  5. Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
  6. Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket in accordance with the posted PGA TOUR Spectator Mobile Device Policy.

Inclement Weather:

If it rains on any day of the tournament, play will continue as long as it is deemed safe to do so. All Hospitality will be open every day, rain or shine. The Korn Ferry Tour and Memorial Health Championship staff will always keep spectators informed at the earliest possible moment of any changes made on this policy based upon situational circumstances.

WEATHER WARNING AND SUSPENSION OF PLAY: If inclement weather is approaching, a “Weather Warning” notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards on the course. When this message appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precaution by evacuating bleachers and hospitality tents. In the event of a “Severe Weather” warning and suspension of play, please proceed to the shuttle bus loading area to be returned to your car for safety. A suspension of play is preceded by an air horn signal. Suspension of play is a stoppage of play, not necessarily a cancellation of play for the day. Notification of continuation of play will be given in each parking lot.

In the event of a weather warning, please avoid: Hilltops, High places, Isolated trees, Golf carts, Wire fences, Open areas

If play is suspended, please close your umbrella and seek shelter immediately.

Security & Prohibited Items:

The Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS will ensure the safety of our spectators, players, volunteers and guests by taking various security measures.

There are strict limitations on what bags are allowed on tournament grounds. The following types of bags are permitted:

  • Bags smaller than 6″ x 6” x 6”
  • Clear bag smaller than 12″ x 6” x 12”
  • One gallon plastic freezer bag
  • Medically necessary and diaper bags

No other types of bags, purses or backpacks will be allowed. Folding chairs are allowed, but please remove and the leave the chair bag behind. All small personal items will be subject to inspection at the gate. Unauthorized items will be confiscated. For your safety, all patrons will pass through magnetometers at the entry gate.

Lost & Found:

Lost & Found will be kept at the admission gate at the main entrance of the tournament grounds near the Panther Creek Country Club tennis courts until 5:00pm. After 5:00pm, items will be taken to the Tournament Office located in an office trailer in the parking lot of the Panther Creek Clubhouse. If you believe you have lost an item and cannot find it at the admission gate, please call the tournament office at 217.670.2910.

Spectator Conduct Policy:

Spectators will be subject to expulsion and the loss of their ticket privileges for the following breaches of etiquette.

Making rude, vulgar, or other inappropriate comments or gestures; verbal or physical harassment of players, volunteers, officials, or spectators; Distracting a player or any disruption of play; Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, unsafe or illegal in nature; Failing to follow the instruction of a championship official, volunteer or security personnel.

Will Call:

Will Call is located at the tournament main entrance at the admissions gate. Shuttle from public parking lot (Landmark) will drop you off in front of the tournament main entry.
